Who is Connexions?

Connexions’ vision is to encourage a culture to make decisions that embrace and support abstinence and healthy relationships, which will create tomorrow’s healthy relationships. We offer a variety of programs and presentations which are appropriate for a wide range of ages and groups, including public schools, private schools and youth serving organizations. Over 100,000 students have heard one of Connexions’ many programs.

Our programs are deigned to educate, honor and inspire students to make decisions that put their health and their goals as priorities. After seeing our program, over 90% of students say our program is helpful or very helpful.

Which Program is Right for Your Class?

Through education programs, Connexions offers strategies for today's youth to value their lives, their health and their future goals. In order to effectively communicate our message we must engage students. Our learning activities are constructed on direct student involvement using inductive/objective methods. We utilize a variety of creative teaching methods including: storytelling, object lessons, discussion, skits, games, and video clips.  We believe that participating in the education process stimulates learning and encourages growth. Participation also creates the feeling of classroom unity and acceptance of the message.

"Tell me, I forget. Show me, I remember. Involve me, I understand." (Ancient Chinese Proverb)
